Those teachers demarcate  proper readers by what they do with the printed words and pictures in occasion of them.     Similarly, it may be easier to describe what good leaders do than to concretely define what they ar.     What do good leaders do? I have found that even though broad leaders come in all shapes and sizes, varying food color and diffe take up sexes, they have common denominators. I believe that good leaders optimistically and creatively give certain gifts and flame passion into a school. They do this while creating a rent organization built on trust, commitment and fun.     There argon several factors that contribute to this description of good leaders. Every pass I participate in the ACSA Principals Institute, because I can learn at the feet of leadership experts. Through this experience, my readings and my personal observations of great leaders, I have come to realize that good leaders  are more than just the boss of the whole school, as unmatched of my kindergarten students described me to her dad.     None of my ideas are new. If I have discerning anything in my 20 years in this profession, its how to be a masterful thief. I steal ideas by observing the best. I pilfer quotes that touch me, and I emulate those who are successful. I enviously give my favorite authors the full credit for having grade into words my personal leadership philosophy.     As prin cipal of lee side Elementary School I am r! esponsible for inconvenience critical factors in creating a successful learning...If you want to depone a full essay, order it on our website: OrderEssay.net
